Crowd Connected and GDPR

Links to our documentation regarding compliance with requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union - and similar data protection regulation in other territories - can be found below.

We also audit our third-party suppliers who are classified as data processors, to satisfy ourselves that, to the extent required, they are providing relevant contractual undertakings in relation to GDPR.

An overview is provided by Crowd Connected’s Colocator Technology and GDPR which sets out how our Colocator location intelligence software collects, processes and stores data for the provision of location-based services. This includes exactly what data we handle, and whether this data constitutes ‘personal data’ under GDPR.

Our Data Security Policy details the policies and procedures that Crowd Connected has in place in relation to the data collected, processed and stored for the provision of location-based services to our customers.

Our standard terms and conditions of supply include section 7 (“Data Collection and Privacy”) which explicitly reference a Data Processing Addendum, as mandated under GDPR.
