We have recently reviewed and updated our documentation in compliance with requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union, which will apply in all EU member states from 25 May 2018.

We have also audited our third-party suppliers who count as data processors to satisfy ourselves that, to the extent required, they are providing relevant contractual undertakings in relation to GDPR.

We’ve made a small number of updates to our standard terms and conditions of supply, specifically in section 5 (Data Collection and Privacy). These now explicitly reference a new addition to our Ts&Cs, the Data Processing Addendum, which is mandated under GDPR.
